Stay Indie (2021)

The first season of Stay Indie focuses on the efforts of an unsuccessful actor, Indie Andy, as he tries to make a name for himself. After a long stint of trying to make a go at it in mainstream film and commercial work, Andy decides to take matters into his own hands and take a more independent approach to making it big, donning his new title "Indie Andy" and hiring his own film crew to help him turn his life into a docu-series. The problem is that hiring the crew means Indie Andy no longer has his half of the rent to pay to his roommate Kyle. When Kyle finds out, Indie Andy and his manager Jeff are fast to find a quick paying gig. But since nothing is as easy as it seems with Andy, his efforts to find "fame and fortune" manage to get himself mixed up with what could be the town murderer, Carl.
