Emille Lacsa is both an award-winning filmmaker and composer, as well as a screenwriter and actor based out of Iowa. After a seven-year hiatus from acting at Coe College, a screenplay reading at the Snake Alley Festival of Film landed him a supporting role in the comedic web series "Stay Indie" (to positive reviews, garnering a comparison to Aziz Ansari's Tom Haverford from Parks & Recreation). He has found himself on both sides of the camera ever since. On the production side his credits span a variety of mediums from music videos, short films, and even an MTV show. His screenplay for "Lines" received a nomination for Best Unproduced Screenplay from the Iowa Motion Picture Association in 2020, while his original score "Where The Rest's Gone" for the film "The Last Exit" and his music video for LOVESBLIND's "borderlines" won Awards of Achievement for their nominations. In the music video world, he's begun to make his mark with collaborations with Five AM (We Are Triumphant), Settle Your Scores (Mutant League Records), and Nick Thompson (of Hit The Lights). One of his most recent projects (a video for Manhattan Blockade's cover of "Come & Go") garnered praise from Marshmello himself! His work is just as diverse as an actor, ranging from feature films, web series, commercials, and more. Most recently, he's acted in the independent feature films "Angels In The Snow", "Charcoal Skies", and is set to play lead roles in three upcoming short films With his dedication to detail and all the facets of collaborative art, Emille is currently developing various film and music projects as he continues to gain momentum in his disparate worlds as a creative. (February 2022) Emille is currently represented as an Actor and Model by The Peak Agency. (February 2022) He does not have representation as a Director or Writer at this time.
