Rico Obando Loaiza, AKA 'Rico Suave', is an award-winning filmmaker, screenwriter, and creative imagineer based out of Atlanta. In 2017, he wrote and directed a winning short film at the 'Columbia Jewish Film Festival'. He's also written a short script that landed as a finalist at 2019's 'South Carolina Underground Film Festival', a TV Pilot that was a quarterfinalist at 2020's 'The Script Lab Screenplay Contest' and a short script that was a quarterfinalist at 2021's 'The Golden Script Competition'. In 2021, Rico was a stand-in on Dwayne Johnson's 'Black Adam'. He was also an extra in 2020, on Ava DuVernay's 'DMZ' for HBO Max. Rico has been making films since he was little and will continue to do so. His favorite actor is Leonardo DiCaprio. His favorite director is Christopher Nolan. His favorite movie is 'Interstellar'. Rico Suave is a passionate lover of cinema --- including Marvel movies.
