Lan-Chi Chien was born in 1990 in Taipei, Taiwan. 2012 Lan-Chi found Bicycle Studio, she was an animation director and art director of the character and scene design. Best known for "White Tunnel" 2016 animation short film. Until 2017 she came to the United States to learn live-Action movies as a higher goal. "Dolly" is her first Live-Action short film.
