Deavon J. Taylor was born February 5, 1992 in Baltimore Maryland raised by his mother Rebecca Taylor; He is an actor and director based in Atlanta Georgia. Deavon started training at a young age for the career he always wanted. Stage being his first love Deavon received classical training through conservatories and acting studios throughout Maryland and Washington DC. Deavon's starring stage role, as Howie in the 2013 run of "Speech & Debate" at Happenstance Theatre, received critical acclaim. He went on the play Aaron in the South African apartheid-era drama "Green Man Flashing", showcasing his versatility as an actor. In 2017 Deavon appeared in an international print and television campaign for streaming network, kweliTV. The actor's big leap into film came with a supporting role in the holiday-themed romantic comedy, Mine This Christmas (2017) (2017). His sassy portrayal of Daniel may have been brief, but it was certainly memorable. In early 2020, Deavon played a school guidance counselor named Mr Howley in the award-winning short film Things Left Unsaid (2019). The movie, themed around teenage suicide, placed in both the Sunshine City Film Festival and South Georgia Film Festival. Season 1 of his latest project "Intentions" was released on Amazon Prime in April 2021. Deavon plays Cam, a private investigator who preys on the broken-hearted and vulnerable.
