Babau 70 (1976)

A four-part investigation into the negative characteristics of the average Italian man in the 70s (momism, conformism, careerism, intellectualism), with excerpts from theatre plays connected to each episode's main theme. The series was shot in Spring 1970, but broadcast only in August 1976, because it was originally judged as "inappropriate and too open-minded" by the supervisors of the Italian State Television.
