Neon Lights (2021)

After the fall of civilization, humanity has taken up residence on the last stronghold on earth: a domed city known as Bastion. Ruled with an iron fist, Bastion has become a place where those with wealth and power remain prosperous, while those without means struggle for their very survival. In an attempt to tear down the institutions who hold the city in its grip, the cyber-anarchist Cypher targets those with power to bring this city to its knees. Knowing these acts of terror could bring about the collapse of the remainder of humanity, one group of unlikely heroes fights to bring about meaningful, incremental change: The Neon Lights.
