Devmanus (2020)

Devi Singh works as a Compounder in a clinic where he gets fired by the Doctor as he extorts money from his patients pretending to be a doctor.He travels to a remote place on his journey robs a passenger after drugging him leading to his death.Babu and Mangal live a poor life with their blind mother a son and daughter Dimple who wants to be an actress their house is in debts and could be mortgaged. Devi Singh reaches their house and intends to run a clinic by renting space in their house by name of Dr Ajit Kumar Dev.Babu and his family start treating him as god as their house gets saved from being mortgaged with the money he gives. Ajit's patients start increasing in village he earns lot of money and everyone starts to worship him as god but in reality Ajit is a serial killer. The serial is based on the real life events of a serial killer doctor in Maharashtra state of India.
