Marijuana has been legalized in the United States, and without surprise the world has not turned into anarchy. However, when marijuana distributors start unionizing and become their own bank, one of the most powerful bankers, Rob Argent, sets out to destroy them and make marijuana illegal again. Twin brothers battle it out in the fight between good vs evil, yin vs yang, bankers vs stoners.
