Vidiots Tv Comedy: Flying Pooper Scooper (2008)

Being teased by the local villagers goes with the territory when your job is cleaning up after the horses. The Village idiot is unfairly provoked by a little bird flying high above. He escapes to his house and builds a flying machine to seek his revenge. He has a great deal of trouble launching his flying machine but its worth the wait.
