Tadaima manshitsu (2000)

School teacher Momo Kurita is forced to change jobs when her mother dies, taking over the family business of Hotel Eileen. Episodic adventures that ensue in the style of the American drama HOTEL, as a series of idiosyncratic guests arrive with stories to be told, while Momo simultaneously tries to fight off business enemies who want Hotel Eileen shut down or demolished.
