Belle and Sebastian (1981)

The show is about a boy named Sebastian and his huge white dog, Belle. Over the course of the series, Sebastian travels through Europe, looking for his mother who left him with relatives in the French Pyrenees. Sebastian and Belle have a series of adventures due to his search, meet interesting people, and are chased by the police because they believe Belle is dangerous (when she is not).
