Andy Dick spoofs reality TV as he invites 12 contestants to live in his house and be slowly and painfully elimintated as he sends them through hellish challenges in the world of Dick. "It's Elimination Time Bitches!" Only one will win a new car, new clothes and the title of The Assistant.
