Tatta hitotsu no koi (2006)

A poor man falls in love with a rich woman in the 20s. Her outlook on life is like a middle school girl and his outlook on life is like an old man. She shows him that not all rich girls are stuck up, that some are humble and sweet and good to disabled children.
