Toji, the Land (2004)

After Seo Hee loses her parents, her relative Cho Joon Goo takes advantage of her young age to gain possession of the land she rightfully owns. When Seo Hee reaches adulthood she flees to build her own fortune, so that she can one day return and reclaim the land that belongs to her.
