Bhau (Prathamesh Parab) and Chochya (Prithvik Pratap), are small time real estate agents in a small town who happens to meet Dr. Amruta Deshmukh (Ankita Landepatil) from the city who wants to open a surrogacy hospital in their town. How they make this happen, fighting the rigid small-town mentality, judgments, and conquering the difficulties they face is the story of delivery Boy.
