A humiliate Latino Cop returns from a family vacation in FLA. He's sulking in the man cave back home and decides to run a bold idea across his friends' ears on their weekly night of Dominoes. Since they're all Cops, they ponder whether it's worth terrorizing the 5% of Silicon Valley to reset the scale of racism in this country.
