Room for None (2023)

A serial thief cons people by applying to roommate ads, learning their routine, then robbing them blind. He runs into a dilemma when his latest mark turns out to be an obsessively needy man desperate for friendship. To make matters worse, a prior mark tracks him down and follows him around the city, determined to bring him to justice.
