Mah Bibi (2022)

1920, Qajar dynasty, a village in Iran. Mah Bibi, a little girl, disappears for days after she's been beaten by her teacher. Her family and the neighbors believe she's dead. They hold a funeral. Suddenly she returns, but her hair's turned gray. Scared of herself, she hides in the basement. Mah Bibi's mother finds her, but keeps it secret, because the whole town will think she's possessed by demons.
