Suicide 2 (1999)

Matt awakens after trying to end his own life after the events of the first film Teen Suicide and finds that he has been given a second chance at getting revenge on those who bullied him, but he soon finds that getting back at them will be harder than he thinks as the bullies fight back and even gain members to try and make his re-life miserable.
