Five Seconds Flat, the Film (2022)

FIVE SECONDS FLAT the film, accompanies the upcoming album of the same name by Lizzy McAlpine. Directed by Gus Black, the film centers around the idea that to experience heartbreak is to experience a death of sorts. Throughout the film we see the main character navigate the forming and dissolving of relationships, dealing with life after the 'death' of heartbreak both from the point of view of the broken and breaker.
