Extremists (2017)

The conflict between local population and investors started some years ago when people of the village Suna of Kondopoga's area knew that the forest would be cut down for mining. And it has drawn to a head when lumbermen had been arrived to pinewood. Suna's pinewood was always a traditional place for harvest berries and mushrooms for locals. As well as it is inhabitation for rare lichen Lobaria included to the Red List, early man sites and trench lines of Second World War. But these things don't stop neither investors nor local government. And reclaiming of forest is starting. The only obstacle to the path for achievement the goal is local population - retired persons who have been decided to hold the fort of forest and fight for every yard.
