Gems of chamber music collide with the sentiments of an old Hong Kong in "All-Star Tiny Galaxy@Wontonmeen", a concert film produced by Hong Kong Sinfonietta featuring a beautifully curated programme of classical music and insightful introductions. Filmed at Wontonmeen, a stunningly unique hostel tucked away in Hong Kong's historical neighbourhood of Sham Shui Po, the charming film features the intimate performances of internationally renowned musicians such as German violinist Christoph Poppen, French viola sensation Adrien La Marca and cellist Aurélien Pascal, and trumpet superstar Sergei Nakariakov, who pay the hostel a visit and join local pianist Colleen Lee and musicians from Hong Kong Sinfonietta to play an extraordinary selection of works by Bach, Mozart, Schumann, Prokofiev and more, conjuring an enchanting, tiny yet boundless musical galaxy.
