Leah, Olivia, Abby, and Dawn escape to a secluded cabin for a relaxing Galentine's weekend. When Dawn goes missing, the ladies soon find out they are being hunted by legendary ax murderer Luther Dremel, who will stop at nothing to satisfy his lust for killing. The tables are turned when Olivia completes her transformation into something otherworldly to battle the famed Axeman.
