Missing pieces (2021)

As the reality of COVID-19 unfolds in Montréal, a young binational couple begins a puzzle of Hokusai's famous Great Wave of Kanagawa, and confronts difficult questions about the mobility they always took for granted. Piece by piece, a picture forms: of a wave, of a relationship, and of missing family and home.
