Nah-Maste (2021)

Mason is a struggling human. He doesn't believe in himself anymore and "doesn't do ANYTHING." But he shows up for his private yoga class hoping for the best. Emmy, the instructor, wants to usher Mason into a new world of self-acceptance and self-respect. Mason has no idea what to expect and Emmy has some unconventional methods to try out. Through their work together, will Mason find what he was looking for? Will he come back for another class? And will Emmy finish that bottle of wine by herself? Wait and watch to see.
