Huni

The Huni Kuin are a remote indigenous tribe of est. 10,000 people living in the Brazilian part of the Amazon Jungle. They try and live in peace and harmony within themselves, their neighboring tribe and their ecosystem. The psychedelic brew, Ayahuasca is a key part of their spirituality. Every Saturday they gather for a tribal Ayahusca ceremony where they go on a night long psychedelic inner vision quest. The Huni Kuin were so concerned about the effects deforestation and climate change was having on the rainforest around them, they held a 3 day tribal gathering and Ayahusca ceremony to pray.
