Roadkill (2021)

3 girls take a trip at night on an eerie back road to their uncles cabin and along the way they are attacked by a strange and savage creature. Eventually the girls have to stop because they run out of gas and realize the creature is attached itself to the truck. It beats in pounds on the truck until eventually breaking in with the girls have to do battle with it. They go running off into the forest but come back to face it down and try to end it forever. Eventually they are met buy a couple of passing carnival workers and the end has a very good twist.
