A character tells their child that she & her partner "made you" in a throwaway comment.

One of the sequences take place during WW1, and while no violence is seen, battles can still be heard in the background, and bodies can be seen in a trench.

A man is shot in the face within close range. We see the man's body two shots (camera shots, not gunshots) later.

Nine uses of "fuck," a couple of uses each of "shit" and "arse," "piss."

Some scenes feature casual tobacco smoking.

The film deals with themes of Racism, Colonization, and Discrimination throughout its runtime. Some scenes may be heavy for some (specifically those who may come from an indigenous background).
