Nina (2021)

Nina is a 21-year old, first-gen immigrant living with her mother, among a close-knit South Indian community in an Inner Western Sydney suburb. Caught between her deep desires and repressed memories of her traumatic sexual past, Nina struggles to achieve an orgasm from self-pleasure and sex. Acknowledging the religious guilt imposed by her mother, Nina sets herself free of her memories as she moves out of her childhood home in an attempt to reclaim her body and pleasure.
