Brutal Truth (2021)

Sean reconnects with his brother Rob, once the golden boy of the family. However, Rob has fallen on hard times, since his motorcycle accident and became addicted to pain medication and used gambling to finance his addiction. Sean must learn who his brother now is and realize that the best way to help is by not helping.
