Shimmer Volume 29 (2010)

It was on this volume that SHIMMER really began to change. The arrival of more women from Japan and Daizee Haze's bitter heel turn heralded a new era, and even the rhythm of the show was different. Instead of eight or nine matches like before, we had eleven, and most of them were fairly short. Misaki Ohata does a good job with Daizee while the other two joshi arrivals, Kurihara and Nakagawa, put on the best match of the night. Cat, McKay, and a suddenly blonde Tenille continue to be showcased. Melissa and MsChif team up one more time for a shot at the Tag Team Titles, but the Ninjas are determined to send them back to singles action once and for all.
