January 2028, the third stage of the Collapse of the Earth has begun. Famine is spreading across the planet. Animal and plant species are now only found in rare territories. A safe zone has been created for the elites of each country to live in. Leo and his parents however are excluded from it because he has Asperger's syndrome. But with his father he is doing promising research on plants and his parents therefore hope that their discovery will be a gateway to "The New Globe".
