Kirangan (2020)

A village youth named Yahya lives in Kucur Village with his mother. They both work as farm laborers with a modest income. At night when her mother making a hot tea, she suddenly felt choke. This's due to the risk of her work that requires spraying pesticides. Hearing a broken voice, Yahya immediately rushed to help his mother in the kitchen. The incident resulting in his mother could not work anymore. Thus automatically makes Yahya become the backbone of the family. Moreover, the assets in the form of inheritance land have long been sold to pay off his father's debts. Eventually, Yahya must be willing to work odd jobs in order for improving living standards. Yahya works with full dedication until one day, he became acquainted with Mr. Agus who offered a solution to his problem. Instead of feel helped by this occasion, Yahya experienced a dilemma because he had to make a difficult decision. Later, this decision will be paid dearly by him.
