Liquidation (2020)

A multi-million dollar company sets up shop in the middle of a small town one night in an old toothpaste factory and nobody knows who they are nor what they do. When a cameraman gets the opportunity of a lifetime to cover a story on them, it's now up to him to find out all of that.
