Meet Susan. Susan cares for her mother. Susan smokes weed. Meet Carol. Susan's mother. Carol is stoned. When Susan's 85 year old mother Carol is taken to the emergency room suffering from cracked ribs, a blood test soon reveals the presence of an illegal substance. Enter Ms. Samuels from the Department of Children and Family. Ms Samuels would rather be home with her seven cats than dealing with people. This comedic short takes the love of three daughters to task when the competency of their care taking sister is called into question.
