Race to Midnight (1985)

If you try and trick the mafia for money, it often ends in a less pleasant set. One evening, a taxi driver gets a ride that will prove to be fatal. His passenger get's sick and he is forced to drive him to the hospital. What he does not know is that the passenger lost something in the car. Something that others know that the passenger had taken with him, but which he did not take with him to the hospital. Then there can only be one who has taken it or not?
