ST Anna is ruling his village since years but under his tenure there is no progress of the village and its backward from other villages,Ananda Shinde a young man stands against him in the village elections he defeats him and goes on to become Sarpanch.Ananda thinks only of progress in village and wants to start a school but requires lot of fund.He comes across a government scheme of Palna Bandha which will give 50 Lakhs to a village if in the whole year there are no child births in a particular village in order to control the population.Thou village people agree to it for benefit of the village but Anna tries to create obstacles.
