Jaboya (2020)

Jaboya, in other words - sex for fish. A term used by Luo People and referring to the transactional relationship between the town's fishermen and the women who are fish traders. Sanaipei and her daughter Zawadi (Massia tribe) move to relatives living in Kisumu (tribe Luo). Both must find themselves in the new the fishing environment of the world located on shores of Lake Victoria and face the restrictive rules of the Jaboy system.
