Inspired by his own struggles during the pandemic, Richard Parks, former Welsh Rugby International, multiple world record holding adventurer and BAFTA Cymru nominated broadcaster, authors a personal, honest and at times emotional look at how the Covid pandemic has impacted his, and all our mental health. During the 1-hour programme, Richard speaks to a number of friends and contributors, such as fellow Welsh rugby international Non Evans MBE, primary school headteacher Helen Borley, singer and broadcaster Wynne Evans and former Economy Minister for Wales Ken Skates MS, to try and better understand how Covid has affected people from different perspectives. He also revisits Dr Mikel Mellick, a sports psychologist at Cardiff Met University, throughout the film to try and make sense of what he's learned in each conversation.
