Ray Marshall was never a big history buff, even with an archaeologist for a father. After his father's mysterious disappearance, the last place he wanted to be was on a field trip to the very museum to which his father had donated hundreds of ancient artifacts. During their tour, Ray and three of his friends are accidentally separated from their class and thrust into an intergalactic battle that hinges upon the ability to harness the magical powers of rare artifacts.
