After years scouring outback roads, Australian wildlife expert Len Zell has developed a taste for a different style of meat; roadkill. Len believes examining roadkill provides the rare opportunity to get up close and personal with a wild animal, and is an expert in identifying what's OK to eat, and what's best left on the road. In this documentary, we follow Len and his fearless palate along highway roads, as he picks up and cooks animals that met their fate at the wheel of a car. Len wants to encourage drivers to be careful on outback and country roads and to make people aware of the great learning and cooking opportunity roadkill presents.
