Hammer & Nails (2016)

Timothy Cox is a self-made millionaire and CEO of a Fortune 500 company. His brother's son, James, a college student with a troubled history, comes to Timothy's office seeking a summer job and brings with him a business plan for a sporting equipment business. Timothy agrees to hire him, but rather than giving him an executive position, has him do manual and applies some harsh, even cruel, methods for breaking down what he considers the young man's arrogance and sense of entitlement.
