Scandal 2 (2016)

The film begins with a scene in which the authorities are hanging up a guy and people are crowding there. Suddenly the old pious clergy is coming and warns them about the corruptions and the problems of the society. This leads to a strong rumor that god wants to punish the people and that an earthquake is coming to Tehran. People are afraid of that and the authorities make strong pressures on the pious clergy to get back his warning.
