Bart (2016)

Bart is deserted when people escape from the cruel mayor. She recycles trans and makes a wish to bring her dolls made of trash to life. Upon discovering this, the mayor decides to burn Bart and her dolls. Her brother is lost in the struggle and Bart, too, becomes a refugee.
