Broken Wings (2017)

Richard suffers from a sudden cardiac arrest and dies immediately. He wakes up in a sunny park filled with life. Before he is able to figure out his surroundings, all life before him suddenly fades away. The atmosphere is filled with cold grayness as Richard is left alone in the park. A mysterious woman tells him that he needs to get rid of everything that makes him human in order to move away from this strange place. Stuck without hope, Richard tries to find his older brother he hasn't seen for 8 years, whom he suspect is stuck in this place with him.
