What started as two friends telling stories and sharing music turned into a monologue of life that highlights simple truths often neglected. Rocco DeLuca met Ronald Arrington over ten years ago. Discovering a shared passion for music, Rocco began taking his steel guitar to sit with Ron, who is often inspired to speak from his heart while Rocco plays. Rocco began recording their sessions and later brought filmmaker Lauren Schneider along to document their collaborations. In the fashion of a blues poet, Ron discusses topics including revolution, addiction, nonviolence, equality, and the need to build better people; the truths of life as illumined by a half-blind street corner sage. Ron reminds us that the truth is simple and might be in your neighborhood right on the corner, and you might walk past it every day, and you might be missing it.
