ETC, an evil new gov. established by the Enore Tri CivilUnion; the most wealthy in Pillier Harvest Prime grouped up and formed a government and the people rebelled and called on the help of the retired seekerruner who lived in the caves, never to be seen after the Great Galactic Revolution. In which all the planets in the Prime Galaxy fought a invasion force of Ultbots. Now the rebels are the only thing that stand in the ETC's ways from ruling Pillier Harvest Prime and then even maybe all of Prime Galaxy.
