Oh, God! You Devil (1984)

George Burns is back as God--and also as Satan. A young rock star is ready to sell his soul to Satan, and Satan is all too happy to oblige. But it seems that when this fellow was a baby, he was watched over by God, so now the Almighty and his nemesis must duke it out over his soul.
