A character is shown drunk.

Some social drinking.

The final 10 minutes is a bit intense as crooks trap Laurel & Hardy and put their feet in cement and then plan to throw them off the docks if they don't give them a ring. They punch them and they wobble like crazy, although the crooks immediately are knocked over board. Laurel & Hardy then rock like crazy for a really long time until they eventually fall in, but because the cement really didn't set right the container falls off. But then they are basically dunked a few times.
